INTRODUCTION
Greenland Capital (GLC) is a mobile-first platform designed to simplify farmland acquisition and verification. Agents can capture land information directly from the field, pin GPS locations, map property boundaries, upload documents, and track submissions in real time. The goal was to create a seamless experience that improves data accuracy while supporting a complex verification process behind the scenes.
DESIGNING METHOD
The project started with understanding how agents operate in the field. I mapped the complete journey from land discovery to verification and identified gaps in location tracking, boundary mapping, and document collection. The experience was built around three principles: capture data at the source, simplify field operations, and provide clear visibility into submission progress. GPS-based land mapping and guided workflows became the foundation of the product.

FINAL PERFORMANCE
The final solution streamlined the land acquisition process by enabling agents to record accurate location data, create land polygons, upload documents, and monitor case progress from a single mobile application. This improved submission quality, reduced manual coordination, and created a stronger connection between field operations and the verification ecosystem, resulting in a more scalable and efficient workflow.
