INTRODUCTION
The Central Command & Screening (CCS) Dashboard serves as the first verification layer within Greenland Capital's land acquisition ecosystem. Before a farmland enters the verification pipeline, every submission passes through CCS for screening, validation, and risk assessment. The dashboard was designed to help screening teams process large volumes of land submissions efficiently while maintaining consistency, accountability, and operational visibility. The system combines document validation, GIS intelligence, fee collection tracking, case assignment, and workflow monitoring into a single command center, allowing teams to identify potential risks before resources are deployed into the field.
DESIGNING METHOD
The original process relied heavily on manual coordination between agents, screening teams, and verification officers. This created several operational challenges: • Difficulty tracking screening progress across multiple submissions • Lack of visibility into screening workload and case distribution • Delays in assigning cases to field teams • No centralized monitoring of verification fees • Limited visibility into GIS-based risk indicators • Increased dependency on manual communication The challenge was to design a dashboard capable of transforming a fragmented screening process into a structured operational workflow.

FINAL PERFORMANCE
The final CCS Dashboard evolved into a verification command center that provides operational visibility across the entire screening process. By combining screening workflows, GIS intelligence, fee collection management, risk monitoring, and case assignment into a single interface, the dashboard enables faster decision-making and creates a more structured verification pipeline. The result is a system that helps Greenland Capital identify risks earlier, reduce operational delays, improve accountability, and create a stronger foundation for downstream verification teams.
